D’Arcy Carr brings more than 30 years of leadership experience to her work as an executive coach to senior leaders. A former Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Research, she understands the demands of leading in a complex global organization: setting direction, exercising judgment, influencing across boundaries, and delivering results through others. That breadth equips her to engage senior leaders as a credible thinking partner, challenge their assumptions, and connect leadership choices to execution and impact.
